*PAW PAW, MI* — A 40-year-old man from Richland is facing felony charges after allegedly attempting to cloud the title of a property in Van Buren County that he tried to purchase but ultimately failed to complete the deal on.
George Demarkus Parnell, 40, of Richland, Michigan has been charged with two felony offenses:
- Real Property-Fraudulent Conveyances
- Real Property-Encumber Without Lawful Cause
