*OSHTEMO TWP., Mich.* — A woman was arrested in connection to a shooting in Oshtemo Township early Saturday, sending a 31-year-old man to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Just before 5 a.m., deputies from the Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Office (KCSO) responded to an apartment in the 700 block of Butterfly Road in Oshtemo Township for a report of a shooting.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they found the 31-year-old victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non life-threatening injuries, according to KCSO.

The suspect, a 41-year-old woman, was taken into custody without incident, KCSO confirmed in a release.
